Board Meetings

DCBDD board meetings are scheduled for the second Thursday of every month, and begin at 6:30 p.m., unless noted otherwise. There is no meeting in July. Meetings are held at the Byxbe Building (1610 State Route 521, Delaware, OH 43015) unless posted otherwise prior to the meeting date. All meetings are conducted in accordance with Ohio’s Sunshine Laws and are open to the public.

DCBDD strives to make all of its meetings and events accessible to people with disabilities. Minutes are approved the month following a board meeting. For example, January’s meeting minutes are approved at the February Board Meeting. Once the Board meeting minutes are approved, you can access the meeting minutes by clicking on the information below.
