Every 3 years, DCBDD works with people served, our employees, Board members, community leaders, and other stakeholders to set our vision for our Strategic Plan. For 2026-2028, our goals are:
- Everyone has the opportunity to live a meaningful and self-directed life
- Delaware County will lead the way, setting the standard for communities across Ohio
- People recognize and value DCBDD
Our internal committee has developed an extensive, measurable list of action steps that we plan to take to achieve these goals, and a progress report is issued at the end of each year.
