Congratulations to Leroy Cooper and Joseph Scherler
Leroy Cooper (left) was honored with the 2011 Kathy VanBuskirk Outstanding Service award at a reception held at the Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Joseph Scherler (right) was chosen as the 2011 Nancy Richards Self Advocate of the Year. The pair were recognized on Friday February 3rd, 2012 for their exceptional efforts and giving the gift of themselves to help others.
