Join us for an engaging session designed for both Providers and Service and Support Administrators (SSAs): Bridging Providers and SSAs for Effective Team Function. This training focuses on strengthening collaboration to improve team effectiveness and outcomes.
Participants will explore how SSA and Provider roles intersect and rely on one another, while gaining practical strategies to support strong, coordinated teamwork.
Learners will understand:
- Best practices for building and sustaining an effective team
- SSA and Provider roles and responsibilities
- The assessment process
- The OISP process
- The importance of DSP participation
- Key principles of HIPAA and maintaining confidentiality in team collaboration
