Reporting Major Unusual Incidents (MUI)
The Major Unusual Incidents (MUI) department has three investigative agents who investigate allegations of abuse, neglect, and other major usual incidents of individuals with developmental disabilities. The investigative agents explore all health and safety issues involving the individuals served by DCBDD established under Ohio Revised Code 5123:2-17-02 and meeting the guidelines of such investigations set forth by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.
