34 year old woman living and working near Powell Ohio seeking an HPC provider for up to 10 hours a week in the evening and on weekends. Activities would be inclusive of socialization, arts and crafts, hobbies, etc to increase community participation. These would be "fun" activities for both individual and staff.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
