Homemaker/Personal Care needed a few evenings each week during the school year and open to weekends. Provider also needed to accompany our son at day camp 2-3 weeks in the summer. 5-6 hours a week and with an increase in hours during the summer . Our son is full of energy, loves playing, going to camps, fun to be around, and very intelligent. He also enjoys roller skating , gym and swimming. We would like an HPC provider to help increase our son's personal care skills (so he can get ready on his own each day), independent skills (to increase safety awareness) and Communication skills (to do back and forth conversation). He loves to attend a sports camp and he needs a provider transport him, help him start and participate in the games with peers and to ensure his safety. He is not known for elopement, but the camp is outside and he is attracted to water or anything else that might be of interest. We are seeking a provider who can commit to our family and possibly be involved indefinitely (i.e., not just this summer). If you are interested, please let us know by responding to this RFP. Thanks.
