The family of a 17 year man is looking for about 16 hours a week ideal schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 4 hours each day later afternoon.
Family is flexible with schedule and there is a potential for more hours after getting to know the individual. Hours would be to be with him at home while parents leave or in the community to be active (hiking, walking, YMCA) He needs eyes on supervision at all times and uses PECS to communicate. He can sometimes be a little aggressive, have self-Injurious behaviors and disrobes in the community. Father will work closely with staff to help train and ensure they are comfortable working the individual. He is diagnosed with seizures, PICA and Autism. He'll require help with all activities of daily living.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
