Family in Galena is looking for a female provider for their 48 year old daughter. She loves going to movies, making crafts, playing games, and going out to lunch. She is a lot of fun! Her family is looking for someone Tuesdays from 10:00-4:00, Saturdays for 4 hours (times can be flexible), one evening during the week (4:00-8:00), and some overnights when her parents go out of town.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
