23 year old young lady in Westerville is looking for an independent provider to work with her 3 days a week (2 days during the week and one weekend day). Hours/days can be flexible. She would like them to work on daily living skills such as laundry, organizing, meal planning and prep, baking, and cooking. She would also like to do fun things in the community that she enjoys.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
