Seeking a transportation provider for transportation to and from work. Person lives in Delaware City and works at the Columbus Zoo. An accessible vehicle with either a ramp or a lift is needed. Schedule varies from week to week, but is typically 2 - 3 days per week from 9:30 am to 4 pm. Schedule will be provided a week ahead of time for planning purposes.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
