46-year-old female residing in Delaware is looking for a homemaker/personal care provider (preferably female) to work with her 5 hours per week. She loves music, playing instruments, singing, reading, playing with dolls, and with her dog. She would like a provider to go out and do activities in the community too such as visits to the library, parks, and restaurants. The family is flexible and will work with the provider on when the 5 hours will be scheduled each week.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
