46-year-old female residing in Delaware is looking for a homemaker/personal care provider (preferably female) to work with her 5 hours per week. She loves music, playing instruments, singing, reading, playing with dolls, and with her dog. She would like a provider to go out and do activities in the community too such as visits to the library, parks, and restaurants. The family is flexible with when the 5 hours are scheduled each week. She and her family look forward to meeting with providers soon.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
