They made a 15-year-old boy who uses a wheelchair is looking for an installation of a chairlift to take the child from the main level of his home to his basement. Family is also looking for the installation of the Trac Hoyer lift in the child's bedroom which will move him to his bathroom. Services will be funded to an I/O wavier.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
