Family seeking an out-going, female provider HPC provider for the summer and potentially some during the school year, for their middle school aged daughter . This young lady likes to be active and joke around! She is working on further developing skills such as daily living, community, and safety skills. 1 or 2 days a week on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays in 4-6 hour increments.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
