Senior in high school seeking and HPC provider to work with him 2 days a week, 1:45pm-4:45ish pm, Any day accept Thursday. May be room for additional hours after he graduates high school. Male provider required. Individual is looking to explore the community and local coffee shops, as well as work on independent living skills. Level one waiver.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
