Seeking compassionate and kind female provider to work with a young man in his 20s. The family has two friendly dogs in the home. Family would prefer a provider who is religious. Seeking 4-6 hours of HPC services, one day a week. Provider will assist with daily living and community based skills.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
