Teenager seeking male HPC provider to work on daily living skills and community skills. Individual would excel with a staff experiences in de-escalation. Looking for staff after school hours or on the weekends, 10 hours a week in Lewis Center. Initially, locally funded.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
