The family of a four year old boy is looking for a provider to help him practice dressing, bathing, brushing his teeth and potty training, as well as social skills, such as back and forth turn taking and carrying over skills learned in therapies.
This little guy is sweet and loving and he has an infectious laugh! He loves climbing and running, being outside and going to the park and the zoo.
An ideal schedule would be Tuesdays and Fridays from 12:30 - 4:00 PM but there may be some room for flexibility. There is also a possibility of increased hours over the summer.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
