Woman, living in Delaware City, is seeking support around the house with organization, managing doctors' appointments, HPC transportation to appointments and shopping, help with getting out to new activities in the community. She currently is looking for staff between 4-8 hours a week for HPC and only has local funding through DCBDD at this time.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
