Family in the Lewis Center-area looking for a Homemaker/Personal Care Provider for their non-verbal daughter, 11 years old. Schedule would be drop-in/flexible, with approximately 2 days a week for a few hours each day (or 4-8 hours on weekends). In search of Provider with Occupational Therapy background.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
