Family in the Delaware-area looking for HPC services for their soon-to-be-8-year-old daughter with Down syndrome. Schedule flexible, a few hours in the evening each week and then Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:30am-3:30pm starting May 30th. Provider would be needed for the following: working on goals (mastering fine and gross motor skills), making snacks, learning through play, outdoor movement, and assistance with toileting.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
