19 year old man looking for transportation in a modified vehicle to and from day program Monday-Friday beginning Tuesday, May 30, 2023. He will need to be picked up around 8:15am in Delaware City (43015) and dropped off in Centerburg (43011) by 9:00 am. At 2:00 pm, he will need to be picked up from Centerburg and dropped of in Delaware city.
He prefers a female driver with a calm voice.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
