Family of almost 4-year-old, living south of the City of Delaware is in need of HPC services, beginning in August. The family would like the provide to come to the home Monday-Friday 3-4 hours a day, in the afternoons (approximately 25-30 hours a week). The family would like a female HPC provider to work on overall development, personal care, and therapy goals (OT and PT). Family would also like provider to work on feeding therapy goals as well. Provider would be trained by parents and therapist on methodology.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
