Family in Westerville, is in need of a Waiver Provider for their 7 year old son. He is in need of a Provider who would be able to spend time with him 2-3 afternoons per week from 3:45pm- 5:45pm(or 6:45 pm-times can be flexible). The afternoons/days of the week can be flexible. He is also in need of a Waiver Provider that could be available on Saturdays for 4-5 hours (times can be flexible) to spend time with him. A Waiver Provider is needed who can spend time playing with him, keep him busy with activities, and spend time with him outside. He is able to communicate with words, enjoys active play, being outside, and sensory/movement activities. He has no medical or medication needs, and is becoming independent with self care skills.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
