Middle aged woman, living in Sunbury, is looking for a female homemaker/ personal care provider (independent or agency providers).
Supports will be needed as follows:
Friday 12 pm - 11:59 pm
Saturday 12 am - 11:59 pm
Sunday 12 am - 11:59 pm
Monday 12 am – 12:00pm
Services will be both HPC and OSOC
Supporters provide assistance with medical management, housekeeping, shopping, community access, money management, transportation, personal care, and just having fun with this lady. She is bright and enjoyable, and very capable of doing most things for herself but at times will need encouragement. Loving Disney is a bonus!

The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
