Family in Westerville is looking for 8-16 hours per week of HPC for their 2 year old son. He is not yet mobile and requires full assistance with daily personal care as well as someone to work on therapy goals and to provide general supervision.
The family would like to start with having someone come to the home on Thursdays from 7 or 8am to 3 or 4pm (or somewhere in those time frames) and then work up to adding another day or half days as their and the provider's schedule will allow
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
