Family in Galena is looking for an HPC provider to work 8-10 hours per week with their 4 year old son. They would like the provider to spend time working with him on communication skills (both using his AAC device and in verbal communication), fine motor skills and play skills.
Per the family's request, the provider needs to have had his/her COVID vaccines. Below are options for days and times that hours could be provided.
Mondays 12pm - 6pm
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 9am - 12pm or 4pm - 6pm
Saturdays or Sundays are flexible
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
