Family in Lewis Center is looking for a provider to transport their 12 year old son to and from Special Olympics swim practices on Saturdays.
The provider would need to pick up around 9 or 9:30 am, stay at the facility with the child and then bring him back home. Total length of time would be around 2-3 hours.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
