Family in Galena is in need of an HPC provider for 15-20 hours per week for their 6 year old daughter. She has an autism diagnosis and needs help with personal care, communication, social skills and personal safety.
The time of day needed would be after school during the week and/or on the weekends. The family is flexible as to the days.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
