The family of a 10 year old boy is looking for a Homemaker Personal Care provider to work with their son on personal care skills, communication and safety awareness.
The family would love for the provider to know some sign language if possible, or be willing to learn some basic signs as their son just received cochlear implants and is starting to communicate with a few basic signs. This child also has some behavior needs and works closely with a therapist who would also like to provide some additional training to the potential provider as well.
The family is ideally looking for care Monday through Friday for 40 hours a week during the summer break, with the option of more hours if wanted.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
