The family of a 10 year old boy is looking for a Homemaker Personal Care provider to come to the home for 8 hours on Saturday and 8 hours on Sunday with potential for more hours if wanted! The provider would help this young man with personal care skills, communication, and safety awareness. The family would also love for the provider to help with some light housekeeping duties. The family is flexible with the hours on Saturday but would prefer 12:00pm-8:00pm on Sundays.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
