The family of a 9 year old boy is looking for a Homemaker Personal Care provider to come to the home on Sundays from 12:00pm-8:00pm. The provider will help the 9 year old with personal care skills, communication and safety awareness. The family would also love for the provider to help with some light housekeeping duties. The family is open to additional hours with the right person!
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
