Lewis Center family is looking for a provider for their 15-year-old son with autism. Initially, they are looking for 2-3 hours of support once a week (preferably on the weekends), with the opportunity to increase hours.
The young man is very active, fun, and sweet! He has a variety of neat interests and is always ready to try new activities!
Parents would like to have him work on developing laundry skills and making quick, easy meals from start to finish, every other week. The remaining weeks, they would want to have someone take him to activities in the community, such as the Westerville Rec Center, Top Golf, the movies, etc.
Provider would need to be ok with dogs at the house.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
Your RFP response may be sent directly to the individual/guardian. Please take this opportunity to make a good impression.
