Family is 3.5 year old boy with Osteogenesis Imperfecta Type 3 is seeking weekly PT . Child is in Pre -K Available hours include any Monday hours and Tuesday though Fridays from 2:30 - 4:00pm. Please respond if you can assist with this request.
