Family in Galena is looking for a provider for their 16 year old son with Autism. He is happy, affectionate and seeks out people to be social. He is curious about how things work, good at music and operating computers & electronics. He and his family are looking for a provider who can support him in being independent by working on life skills, engaging in various activities and practicing daily routines.
Hours available are Saturdays 10am-4pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 7pm-9pm. Additional hours are available for spring break, summer break and school closings.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
