Looking for transportation supports for an adult male to and from Special Olympics practices and events several times per week with the occasional social outing as well.
He participates in several different sports, depending on the season, and his practice/game schedule will change based on the sport. Currently, his practice days are Sunday afternoons, with competitions scattered throughout (some on Saturday mornings). He may also ask for transportation assistance when he plans social events with friends. Transportation is mainly needed around the Delaware City/Lewis Center areas, but competitions could be located out of town.
He lives near DACC campus, is very self-sufficient, communicates verbally, has a great sense of humor, and a very kind personality.
He is asking for a reliable provider.
He does not like being late or absent from his commitments.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
