Nursing services needed for teenage boy with a seizure disorder and chronic kidney disease. Nursing tasks would include medication administration, monitoring for seizures, monitor and maintain nutrition and hydration. The family is looking for 30 weekly hours. Independent Providers only. Experience with seizures preferred.
The Individual/guardian will be provided with the names of the providers who respond to this request. The Individual/guardian will then review the providers who responded and will choose who they interview.
