Our duties include investigating all health and safety issues involving DCDD clients established under OAC 5123:2-17-02 and meeting the guidelines of such investigations set forth by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities

We would like to call special attention to the Family MUI Handbook in this section. This quick and easy guide explains why and when Investigative Agents may become involved with you or a loved one. It explains the Support Administrators duties in reporting incidents to the Investigative Agent, Guardians, Law Enforcement, or Child Protective Services.
