From Route 23
Take State Route 42 North toward Ashley. You will see railroad tracks coming from the right. Where the tracks join with Route 42, cross over at County Home Road. Stay to the right and continue on County Home Road. Immediate past the old County Home you will see a sign for “Delaware County Early Intervention and Ventures Academy” on the left. Enter the front of the building. If you go to Kilbourne, you have gone too far.
Alternate Route
State Route 521 is an easier route to follow but the turn at County Home Road before Kilbourne is a very hard left and visually is sometimes restricted due to weeds.
From I-71
Turn west on State Route 36/37. After crossing Alum Creek, turn right on N. Old State at Buckeye Tractor. At Kilbourne, turn left (west). Just past the cemetery, go straight (State Route 521 bears left) and you will be on County Home Road. The Early Intervention Center is less than ¼ mile on your right.
