The following resolution was approved by the Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities at it regular meeting held on January21, 2010.

Casey Clark moved to accept the bids from
2K General – General Contractor $2,056,000
Capital City Mechanical – Plumbing $273,712
Speer Mechanical – HVAC $600,000
Vaughn Industries – Electrical $468,000
S A Comunale – Fire Protection $206,900
Total Project Cost of $3,604,612 as compared to project estimate of $4,148,048
All accepted bids include Base Bid A, Alternate #1A, Alternate #2 and Alternate #3 and authorize Robert R. Morgan, Superintendent, to execute the necessary contracts to move forward with the project. Stephen Finney seconded the motion. The motion carried.
