Board meetings, annual plan and reports and newsletters
Board Meetings
Individuals we serve, their families and the general public are always welcome to attend the board meeting. These are public meetings which are conducted in accordance with Ohio’s Sunshine laws.
Meetings are generally scheduled on the third Thursday of each month and normal begin at 6:30 p.m. Meeting are normally held at the administrative offices at 106 Stover Drive, Delaware unless posted otherwise prior to the meeting date.

Online Board Packets
The agenda for the meeting is posted on the website by the day of the meeting. The Board packets include all of the information that the board member consider for action at the meeting except confidential information as defined by the
Ohio's Public Records Law.
This information is formatted at a PDF and should be able to be read from any computer that has Adobe Reader. When you open the file which may take a few minute because these are large files that normally contain 100 pages or more, click on the second icon on the right and it will open bookmarks which is a linked agenda which makes it easier to navigate the packet.

Annual Plan
Each year, normally as part of the November meeting, Delaware County Developmental Disabilities presents its Annual Plan which includes the proposed budget for the coming year as well as proposed changes in operational plans, goals and objective. This meeting provides the opportunity for those we serve, their families and the general public to provide comment on the plan, the budget and the services provided. The Board will normally adopt the plan at that meeting or if community comment indicates more review bring the plan back at subsequent meeting up to and including the Annual Meeting in January.

Each year the Delaware County Developmental Disabilities prepares an Annual Report which summarizes what has been accomplished and provides financial and enrollment information.
